50% deposit required on booking unless otherwise agreed upon. This is non-refundable.

Final payment to be made before the date of the event unless otherwise agreed

Any hire equipment lost, damaged or broken will incur a fee

If final payment is not made as discussed and Debt Collection services are required the client will pay any all excess or commissions to employ said debt collection services.

You will be invoiced for any hours staff are required longer than contracted for also if the staff are kept longer than discussed you will be billed accordingly

Tastings incur a fee of $90 as well as the cost of the dishes you wish to taste, You can choose up to 8 items to taste.

Small substitutions may be made to seasonal menu items if a particular product is unavailable.

Confirmation of final numbers is required at least 1 week prior to the event

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all bookings any bookings with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee

We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any unruly and intoxicated patrons as a part of our RSA responsibilities
